Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Full Refund Period:

- You may cancel within 7 days of booking and receive a full refund, as long as your session is not scheduled within 72 hours of booking.

Free Changes Before 72 Hours:

- Cancellations or reschedules made more than 72 hours before your session are completely free and fully refundable as long as it’s within the 7-day window.

Within 72 Hours:

- If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your session, a $200 rescheduling fee applies.

- Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the scheduled session.

Lateness Policy:

- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, it will be treated as a missed session.

- Missed sessions follow the same rule — no refunds, and a $200 rescheduling fee applies if you wish to book another time.

No Refunds Within 72 Hours:

- Once you’re within 72 hours of your session, no refunds will be provided.

Grace Clause:

- We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us. We review every case individually and will extend grace when appropriate.
